We seem to stay indoors most of the time when the sun is at its zenith. So, Vitamin D deficiency is almost a given. I am now looking for plant sources of Vit D.<br /><br />Am sure this is just a passing phase in a long running career. Guess your run today would have gone well although not at your normal pace.
